Shipping Information

  • Made-to-order items can take up to 7 working days to make before dispatch
  • Ready-to-buy items are dispatched within 2–3 working days
  • We ship worldwide and all orders are sent using a tracked service
  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched

UK Shipping

  • UK orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48.

US Shipping

  • Applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so you should not be asked to pay additional customs charges when your parcel arrives
  • Due to recent changes (July 2026) to US import rules, duties have increased and apply to all orders from the US
  • Clothing duty rates vary depending on the garment and fabric. These are typically around 8–32%, with an additional tariff currently applying to UK-made goods
  • These charges are set by US customs and are not kept by Senja

EU Shipping

  • EU orders placed on or after 8 August 2026, applicable duties and taxes are collected at checkout. Orders placed before this date may still require duties, taxes or courier fees to be paid upon delivery, which remain the customer’s responsibility.
  • These charges are set by the destination country and are not kept by Senja

International Shipping - All Other Countries

  • Local duties, taxes or courier fees may need to be paid upon delivery
  • These charges are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility

Please note - destinations where duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes and courier fees imposed by their destination country.

Please Check Your Info

  • Please double-check that your delivery address is complete and correct before ordering
  • If your parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you and ask you to repay the shipping cost before it can be resent
  • EU, USA and International customers - please provide a valid phone number and email address so you're local courier can contact you, otherwise your item may be returned to us
