Shipping Information

  • Made-to-order items are dispatched within 7 working days; ready-to-buy items within 2–3 working days.

  • We ship worldwide using tracked services. Tracking details will be emailed after dispatch.

UK Shipping

  • UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48.

US Shipping

  • Duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so no additional customs charges should be due upon delivery.

  • Following changes to US import rules in July 2026, duties apply to all orders and have increased. Clothing rates vary by garment and fabric.

  • Customs charges are set by US authorities and are not kept by Senja.

EU Shipping

  • Duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout for orders placed from 8 August 2026, so no additional customs charges should be due upon delivery.

  • Orders placed before this date may still incur charges upon delivery.

All Other Countries

  • Local duties, taxes or courier fees may be payable upon delivery. These are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Please provide a complete delivery address, valid email address and phone number so your local courier can contact you.

  • Parcels returned because of incorrect or incomplete details can only be resent once the customer has repaid the shipping cost.
